You can cancel your order within 30 days without any reason.

You have 30 days from when you receive the goods, or when a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered, to cancel your order.

To exercise your cancellation right, you need to inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

• The items are in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items customized to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as goods that deteriorate quickly or items past their expiration date.

• Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Items that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our discretion.
